Here's how we did.

17:45 - we called Nawar and Chess Move: both placed (if your bookmaker was paying on four places), Nawar came in 3rd and Chess Move right behind him in 4th.

18:15 - we called Priscilla's Dream; some book makers were paying four places again for this race (there were 11 runners), and Priscilla's Dream came in 4th.

18:45 - we called the favourite Art Song, who won.

19:15 - bizarrely, Verve (who we called and said was the favourite), finished last. Warrior Goddess - our rogue outsider - didn't finish!

19:45 - we called Anandita, who didn't place; however, Golden Valour did (3rd)

20:15 - Syrian Pearl came in 4th (placed) with great odds [good tip that one]

20:45 - we called Navarra Princess, who didn't place

21:15 - we reluctantly tipped this race (too hard to call with no outstanding favourite) - we gave Murhib and Clearing but neither placed. We won't count these in our averages as they were reluctant tips.

Stats for the day: we had 6 booms out of 10, giving us an average of 60% for the day (another decent day).

More tips will be coming in for next week. We had reasonable success at the Windsor Races last week so hopefully we can continue the same momentum as before.
