Wed 15 Nov - Exeter Races roundup

13:00 - we called Diomede des Mottes, Time to Move On and Nestor Park - Diomede placed (2nd).

13:30 we reluctantly called Mogestic - who didn't place (5th).

14:05 - we called Cabragh and a second reluctant tip went to Cornish Warrior - Cornish pulled out of the race, and Cabragh didn't place.

14:35 - we called Just a Sting and Gunfleet - we nailed the tips here - Just a Sting won, and Gunfleet came shortly afterwards in 2nd place.

15:10 - Black Op, Game Changer and Kildisart were our three tips for this race; Game Changer placed (2nd), but the other two pulled out of the race.

15:40 - our reluctant tip went to Zalvados, who narrowly missed out on a place (4th)

16:10 - Alsa Mix was our strong tip, and our second reluctant tip was Soraya - Alsa Mix won, but Soraya didn't place.

Solid tips: 10 names, but 2 pulled out (15:10 race) so there were in fact 8 names that raced (which were also solid tips) - 5 hits = rate of 62.5%

Another slightly weird day, with some unexpected results. The inconsistent weather is certainly changing the surfaces/turf and causing issues for horses up and down the country, and so we will start to take this into account more regularly.
